Baths & beyond.

A quick Elizabeth post here, before the next monster Louis post to come!

We've finally bitten the bullet and given Elizabeth her first bath at home!  It was the usual howling experience, but not as noisy as Louis was two years ago!  (All in all, Beth seems to be a little quieter than Louis.  We'll see how long that lasts!  I know comparisons are unfair to both, but Louis is our only frame of reference!)

Many of these photos are a little blurred, as my mum was on the shutter-bug duties, but you'll get the idea!  Betty's little belly button thing has now fallen off, but is here in this pic.  (The whole event was completed in double time - it'll be nice when she starts to enjoy these baths.)

And out of the bath, all wrapped up!  Don't know what's going on in the background here!

And finally back into warm clothes.

As I type, the olds and M are playing cards, arguing about the rules, and shouting at each other!  I'm hiding behind the screen of my Mac, and enjoying a little time to myself!  I'm catching up here - it's been a busy couple of days, and the posts to come will show that!  But for now, here's a pic of the 'Mary-Jane' shoes on Eliza's feet - I've no idea what that means, I'm just typing what M says!

We weighed Lisbeth on the Thursday - it was a habit that we had with Louis and it's one we'll keep up for a bit, I think.  She'd lost 200g, which is fine, and we'll be looking forward to her gaining weight soon!  (Note the socks on her hands as scratch mitts.)

She continues to be a cutie, and is looking less wrinkled as the days pass!

I don't think I won anything for my moustache (apart from the ridicule and derision of those I thought loved me), but I raised QR300 for charity, and it seemed to give Barie S. a hot flush!

One last Louis pic - he's wearing the cardie that Marc bought him for his birthday.  My mum says that this kind of knitwear is very 'on-trend'.  I think I'm adopted.
